That was the point..
Tortoises are slow. Gives you more of a chance to catch me up seeming as ive beaten you to 80 and the mount. And the mount does have a speed boost in water. So if i have to, i will flee while swimming.
Great thing was i was not looking for the mount just fish for cooking skill.

AHMAGAD ... Possibly the fucking funniest WoW fail ever ... Lor decides to explore with his new flying skill and lands on the top of the Violet Hold, then finds he can't get back into flight form. Caer because he is curious, and Grakk because he's a complete dick, decide to come and investigate... It's all fun and games at this point, as you see here. ( click the link)

What then happened is Grakk jumped, hit another floating bit of roof, died... Lor went to save him, somehow exploded off the edge and landed on another floating roof... Then we spent half an hour trying to get someone to res us. We finally get two people and our bodies have vanished!! ... I fucking love WoW.
